1. Introduction
This Agreement is between Give Me The Cash – Monopoly Private Finance (“we,” “us,” “our”) and you, the Customer. By using our website or services, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our site or services indicates your acceptance of any amendments.
2. Eligibility & You
You confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering binding contracts.

You are the legal owner of the items submitted, or have explicit permission from the legal owner to dispose of them.

You are 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).

You are a resident of and accessing our services from the United Kingdom.

You have submitted only one account for use; multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination, and pending offers may be voided.
3. Service Scope
These Terms apply to private individuals only – not businesses, charities, or other organisations. Our Privacy Policy, accessible via our site, is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
4. Submitting Items

Send us your items using our pre-paid postage pack, or arrange a free home collection.

Your parcel is insured automatically up to £300. You may request additional insurance up to £10,000 at no extra cost.

You must carefully package items; damage due to poor packaging may affect liability.

Parcels must comply with size limits (max weight 30 kg and max size of 1 meter cubed).
5. Items Not Accepted
We reserve the right to refuse items, including, but not limited to:

Glass, ceramics, porcelain, pottery, china

Clothing (except military memorabilia)

Books & comics (except certain antiques, first editions, signed copies)

Furniture, DVDs/CDs/VHS, modern toys, modern electronics, furs, taxidermy

Offensive or contraband items (e.g. racist memorabilia, ivory, illegal items)
6. Appraisal & Offers

Once received, items will undergo an Appraisal to assess condition and market value, leading to either an Offer or a Rejection.

Offers will be communicated within 7 working days.

After receiving an offer, you have up to 28 days to accept. If declined, items will be returned free of charge.
7. Contracts & Payments
Upon acceptance of an offer, a binding Contract is formed, and we will complete payment as agreed.
8. Liability & Force Majeure

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the accepted Offer.

This limit does not affect liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Either party may suspend obligations during a Force Majeure Event (e.g., events beyond control). If the event continues over a month, either party may terminate with 5 business days’ notice.
9. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel before processing begins, notify us in writing. We will attempt to cancel, but we cannot guarantee it once processing has started. Once you accept an Offer, cancellation rights may be limited.
10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

For issues with lost or damaged items, refer to our Insurance Policy.

To raise a complaint, contact us (e.g. at hello@givemethecash.co.uk). We aim to respond within 5 business days. If unresolved, escalate to an appeal within a further 5 business days.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy (available on our site), which forms part of this Agreement.
12. Modifications
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. You agree to review these Terms each time you use our services. Continued use implies acceptance.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
